The "Barbara" exhibition deals with the Barbie doll and the world of consumption, the beauty and culture industry. Barbie is one of the most influential figures since her invention and transition from a German sex doll to a play / ideal doll for girls from the late 1950s to the present day. Even today, the Barbie doll and its image affect sexual identity, shaping femininity and their conduct in society. Today's girls, the citizens of "super" industrialization, are educated at an early age on the knees of the new society: use and throw away, a new era that is all one-time, consumption and replacement, objects instantly become temporary, transient and worthless.
